The City may, by ordinance, establish civil penalties for violations of this Chapter, pursue other civil remedies allowed by law, or revoke the Excavation Permit of any person or corporation violating any provisions of this Chapter after a hearing upon due notice following the procedures set forth in section 30-14 above, which hearing shall be open to the public.
