Any person aggrieved by the decision of the zoning administrator concerning the issuance, renewal or revocation of a home occupation permit may appeal the decision to the board of adjustment within thirty (30) days of the action taken by the zoning administrator. (Ord. 2008-11, 12-2-2008)
