A quorum shall be considered three (3) members of the Garden City Board of Adjustment, and no business shall be conducted unless a quorum is present. The concurring vote of three (3) members shall be necessary to decide to remove any order, requirement, or determination of any such administrative official, or to decide in favor of the applicant on any matter upon which it is required to pass under this Code or to effect any variation in the provisions of this Code.
Decisions of the Board of Adjustment become effective at the meeting in which the decision is made, unless a different time is designated by the Board at the time the decision is made.
