The Transportation Board shall hold meetings at the Garden City Office or at such other reasonable location(s) within Garden City to conduct public business. Meetings shall be conducted in accordance with the Utah Open Meetings law, Utah Code Annotated, Title 52,
Chapter 4, as amended. Written minutes of all meetings shall be kept, copies of which shall be filed with the Town Recorder.
