The Town Council of Garden City, at its sole discretion, may elect to reimburse all or part of any development fee or assessment and public infrastructure and service improvements associated with a business development. In addition, the Town may also elect, at its sole discretion, to provide public infrastructure and service improvements within the Garden City limits as an incentive to attract new business that will enhance the tax revenue base of the Town.
