Building heights may be extended beyond the thirty-five (35) foot limit in the Hotel/Motel zone. Special consideration should be taken with regard to view corridors of adjacent buildings. The maximum height of any building in this zone shall be reviewed by the Planning Commission and approved by the Town Council. The proposed height for all structures from the average original grade of the proposed building footprint shall be shown.
