The objective of the Town of Garden City is to encourage developments which provide a range of housing opportunities for all identifiable economic segments of the population, including households of low and moderate income. It is the desire of the Town to focus its affordable housing efforts on monitoring the need for low to moderate income families to obtain housing that meets their needs and not focus merely on building low income units.
