Every lot and/or parcel of property within the Garden City Town limits, in which a structure is located, is required to post the correct address as is listed on the Rich County Tax Rolls. In the event that the address is not posted or is incorrect, the property owner will be subject to a fine as stipulated by the code violation fee schedule. The address must be posted as per building code. The lettering must be 4” lettering, block font and contrasting color.
