The dimensions of each commercial off-street parking space shall be at least nine (9) feet by eighteen (18) feet for diagonal or ninety-degree spaces; or nine (9) feet by twenty (20) feet for parallel spaces. Oversize Stalls should be nine (9) feet by forty (40) feet. Short-term rental parking space shall be at least ten (10) feet by twenty-four (24) feet. Short-
term rental parking for Condos and Townhomes approved before this ordinance shall be grandfathered at a minimum of nine (9) feet wide by eighteen (18) feet long.

Parking stall requirements shall be grandfathered at a minimum of 9’ x
18’ for Condos/Townhomes
approved prior to this ordinance.
B. Commercial off-street parking shall be asphalt or concrete. Only asphalt will be allowed within four (4) feet of the Town right-of-way.
C. Commercial off-street parking spaces shall be marked with permanent striping paint and must be maintained.
D. ADA parking shall have proper dimensions and required signage.
