Before dividing any tract of land into two or more lots, a subdivider shall:
1.
Each lot within a subdivision must be surveyed and have permanent
markers.
2.
Any person desiring to subdivide or re-subdivide land shall submit an
application therefore to the Clerk fourteen (14) days prior to the Planning
Commission meeting for which the applications is to be considered.
3.
Meet with the Planning Commission to discuss the proposed subdivision.
4.
If Developer is phasing within development (Look at definition 11A-200 –
Stand Alone Phasing) each phase shall stand alone.
