A vacancy occurring by reason of death, resignation, removal or expiration of term shall be filled by appointment of the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Town Council. Newly appointed Planning Commissioners shall serve the remainder of the existing term that was vacated. Vacancies shall be filled within 90 days after the date of the vacancy.
