The purpose and objective of this ordinance is to impose conditions and requirements with respect to the location, type, and construction of Alternative Energy conversion sources for use within the Town of Genola. This ordinance applied to both net metering sources and non-net metering sources of energy. The majority of structures required to support the energy sources are classified as building structures.
