Genola zoning code

20.22.04 INDUSTRIAL OR COMMERCIAL USE

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Genola code is at https://genolaut.gov/zoning-code/. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Genola planning before you rely on it.
The Town of Genola may consider not requiring water for land that is being annexed into an industrial or commercial zone, provided the developer supplies all water service to the development including infrastructure that meets the requirements of the State of Utah for fire flow and protection. Furthermore, the Town of Genola shall be held harmless by the developer and landowners from all liabilities associated with water provisioning. In the event that such an allowance is made, any future zone change will necessitate the dedication of water to the Town in accordance with this Ordinance.
