A $1,000.00 cash bond is required to be posted with the Clerk of the Town of Genola at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the commencement of any work within the Genola Town right-of-way. This bond shall be retained for a period of one (1) year after completion of construction to act as a warranty against failure. In the event of a major failure of performance, the Town of Genola reserves the right to bill said person or entity for the cost associated with the failure as well as the right to pursue any legal means necessary to collect such sums.
