An exception to the minimum standard may only be granted in the event that the Town of Genola is improving the existing water service and the Genola Town Council determines that it is not reasonable to install fire hydrants as required by this Ordinance due to the sparse nature of the development in the area being improved. Under no condition shall an exception be granted for new development in the Town of Genola.
