Appeals from any decision of the Town Council with respect to an Excavation Permit may be directed to the Town Appeal Authority within thirty days and in the manner prescribed for in the Zoning Ordinance of Genola. Upon hearing of such an appeal, the Appeal Authority may, by motion, affirm, reverse, or modify in whole or in part, any determination of the Town Council.
