Genola zoning code

20.30.12 VIOLATION OF DUST MITIGATION

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Genola code is at https://genolaut.gov/zoning-code/. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Genola planning before you rely on it.
1. Violation of the Dust Mitigation Requirements. Applicants who are found to have violated these dust mitigation requirements shall: 1. First Violation: A fine in the amount determined by the Town Council on the Town’s Fee Schedule, to be paid within 30 days. 2. Second and Subsequent Violations: An additional fine in the amount determined by the Town Council on the Town’s Fee Schedule, to be paid within 30 days. 3. Cancelling the Conditional Use Permit. On a third violation of the dust mitigation requirements, the Town Enforcement Officer shall cancel the applicant’s Excavation Permit and the conditional use permit. An applicant can only obtain a new permit by application to the Town Council, showing the steps the applicant has taken to prevent future violations of these dust mitigation requirements.
