Interlaken zoning code

11.03.030 Boundaries of Zones

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Interlaken code is at https://www.interlakenut.gov/documents-02. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Interlaken planning before you rely on it.
Where uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of various zones, the following rules shall apply: A. Where the intended boundaries on the zone map are approximately street or alley lines, said street or alleys shall be construed to be the zone boundaries. B. Where the indicated boundaries are approximately lot lines, said lot lines shall be construed to be the zone boundaries, unless otherwise indicated. C. Where land has not been subdivided into lots, the zone boundary shall be determined by the use of the scale of measurement shown on the map. D. Where other uncertainty exists, the Town Council shall interpret the map.
