Storage of Commercial Vehicles on Public Streets
With the exception of vehicles actively being used for a construction project, it shall be unlawful to park a double axle truck having a rated of two tons or more on any public street for a continuous length of time of three hours or more except in the case of current Town Public Works projects. It shall also be unlawful to so park any construction equipment, such as graders, compressors, etc. Under no circumstance may any such vehicle, including any vehicle actively being used for a construction project, remain parked outside construction hours as specified in Chapter 9.08 “Regulation of Construction Activities,” in Title 09.
