11.11.050 Construction and Use to Comply with Application

Building Permit issued on the basis of plans and specifications recommended by the Planning Commission and approved by the Town Council, authorize only the use,
arrangement, and construction set forth in such approved plans and application, and no other use, arrangement, or construction. Use, arrangement, or construction at variance with that authorized shall be deemed to be a violation of this Ordinance Title.
