Modifying Regulations
1. Side Yards - On corner lots the side yard setback shall be the same as the front yard setback (refer to Section 16-4 above).
2. Accessory Buildings - See Chapter 4, Section 4-10
a. Accessory Buildings - a guest house or garage may be attached or detached to the main residence. Side structures shall maintain the required side setback of (8) eight or (10) ten feet, according to zone and structure requirement.
3. Distance Between Buildings - No building, structure, or enclosure housing animals or fowl shall be constructed closer to a dwelling on the same or adjacent lots than fifty (50) feet.
4. A maximum of two dwelling units on a single family residential zoned lot.
