The Kanab City Planning Commission shall consist of seven (7) regular members and a City Council member as an ex-officio liaison, each to be appointed by the Kanab Mayor with the advice and consent of the Kanab City Council. The ex-officio City Council member of the Planning Commission shall be a non-voting member of the Planning Commission. It is the intent of this Ordinance that the Kanab City Planning Commission members come from diverse fields of expertise. The seven (7) regular members of the Kanab City Planning Commission shall be residents of Kanab City and owners of property within said city.
