Each violation of this Ordinance or of any regulations, order, or ruling promulgated hereunder shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than ($750.00) dollars or

imprisonment for not more than (90) days or both; and each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
