Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated sections 10-9a-103(2) and 10-9a-701 et seq. (as amended), the Kanab City Land Use Appeal Authority (hereafter “Appeal Authority”) shall be appointed by the legislative body for the term of three (3) years provided and until a successor has been appointed. The Appeal Authority may be removed by a majority vote of the City Council following a public hearing.
