be Taken The Appeal Authority’s decision shall be based upon findings which shall be made a part of the official record. In its decision, the Appeal Authority may reverse or affirm wholly or partly, or may modify the order, requirement, decision or determination appealed. At the hearing (open to the public) to consider the appeal, the Appeal Authority may continue the hearing or may continue consideration at a later date. If consideration of the appeal is adjourned, within fourteen (14) days following the closing of the hearing, the Appeal Authority shall issue a written decision.
