approved subdivision, which front on a cul-de-sac shall be approved for construction with frontages as shown on the plat. The lots shall be required to meet the frontage requirements of the zone in which they are located, at the required front yard setback. See Exhibit A, Illustration 13 Kanab City Transportation Master Plan for specific configurations.
