The Leeds Building Inspector is hereby designated and authorized as the officer charged with the enforcement of this Ordinance related to all building and construction matters. The Leeds Town Council, by Resolution or Ordinance, may designate and authorize a Town Enforcement Officer to enforce this Ordinance.
