Leeds zoning code

11.14 SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Leeds code is at https://leeds.utah.gov/town-code/. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Chapter 10 is a scanned image on the town's site and is not included; chapter 19 is a placeholder and chapter 23 was repealed. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Leeds planning before you rely on it.
11.14.1. It is hereby declared to be the legislative intent that the provision of this Ordinance shall be severable in accordance with the provisions set forth below: 11.14.1.1. If any provision of this Ordinance is declared to be invalid by a decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, it is hereby declared to be the legislative intent that: 11.14.1.1.1. The effect of such decision shall be limited to that provision or provisions which are expressly stated in the decision to be invalid. 11.14.1.1.2. Such decisions shall not affect, impair or nullify this Ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, but the rest of this Ordinance shall continue in full force and effect.
