1.
To permit variety and flexibility in land development for residential
purposes by allowing the use of Mobile Homes and Recreational Vehicles
in certain districts within Marysvale Town.
2.
To require that Mobile Home and Recreational Vehicle developments will
be of such character as to promote the objectives and purposes of the
Marysvale Town Zoning Ordinance; to protect the integrity and
characteristics of the districts contiguous to those in which Mobile Home
Parks and Recreational Vehicle Parks are located; and to protect other land
use values contiguous to or near mobile home or Recreational Vehicle
developments.
