No Recreational Vehicle as herein defined shall be located, placed, used or occupied for permanent living purposes in any district except within approved and licensed recreational vehicle parks and except as otherwise provided herein. Each person residing in a recreational vehicle in violation of this Section and each property owner permitting persons to reside in a recreational vehicle on the owner’s property shall be guilty of a Class C Misdemeanor. Each day of residence shall be a separate offense.
