An amended subdivision plat submitted to the Town shall meet the minimum requirements of UCA 10-9a-608 in addition to the following:
1.
A title distinguishing the amended plat from the original plat; and
A. (i.e., Marysvale Town Subdivision, 2nd Amended, etc.)
2.
Signature blocks for:
A. Surveyor’s certificate;
B. Administrative land use authority’s certificate;
C. Owner’s certificate;
D. Acknowledgement; and
E. Certificate of recording.
