– REMOVAL FOR CAUSE. The Town Council shall contract with the individual or firm on an annual basis. At the end of each year, the Town Council may elect to continue the contract, or put the contract out to bid. The individual or firm may be removed from their position for cause by the Town Council. "Cause" includes, but is not limited to, failing to review, hear, and decide subdivision applications within the required timeframes or committing any act inimical to public service.
