It shall be unlawful to erect, construct, reconstruct, alter or change the use of any building or other structure greater than 200 square feet within the incorporated areas of Marysvale Town without approval of a building permit. The Town shall not issue a building permit unless the plans of and for the proposed erection, construction, reconstruction, alteration or use fully conform to all regulations of this Title. Any owner or authorized agent who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing system, the installation of which is regulated by this Title, or to cause any such work to be done, shall first make application to the building official and obtain the required permit.
