The ordinance codified in this title is adopted pursuant to and in accordance with the authority vested in the City Council of Millville, by the statutes of the state of Utah, section §10-9a-6 et seq. All previously existing subdivision regulations for the City are repealed. (Ord. 2025-1, 2025: Ord. 2008-4, 2008: Ord. 94-3 § 1)
