A. All fees required for applications pertaining to this Title shall be set by resolution of the City Council.
B. Land In Lieu Of Fees: Dedication of public land, open space or park area may be used in lieu of fees, as determined by the City Council. (Ord. 2025-1, 2025: Ord. 2008-4, 2008: Ord. 94-3 § 1)
