All subdivisions shall be designed and built in compliance with the following:
A. Millville City Manual of Design and Construction Standards
B. Utah Division of Water Quality Rules and Regulations (R317)
C. Utah Division of Drinking Water Rules and Regulations (R309)
D. Stormwater Construction General Permit (Ord. 2022-2, 2022: Ord. 2008-4, 2008: Ord. 2002-2 § 2, 2002: Ord. 94-3 § 1)
