All Areas having moderate to extreme potential for wildfire hazards are designated as the Hazard Wildfire Areas. Within the Hazard Wildfire Area:
A. Development shall provide for ready access to fire and other emergency equipment to critical areas defined by the City engineer or Land Use Authority.
B. Measures to mitigate wildfire hazards and risks may be required by the appropriate Land Use Authority based on the recommendation and review of the fire department. (Ord. 2022-5, 2022)
