The developer shall request certification by the city engineer that the development has been completed in compliance with code Sensitive Area requirements. Restoration securities shall not be released and certificates of occupancy shall not be issued until such certification is obtained and a copy received by the Planning Commission. (Ord. 2022-5, 2022)
