A. A use shall not be permitted which creates objectionable odor in such quantity as to be readily detectable at the boundaries of the site.
B. No trash, rubbish, or other combustible material shall be allowed to remain on any lot outside of approved containers in any open space zone.
C. No junk, debris, abandoned or dismantled automobile or automobile parts, or similar material shall be stored or allowed to remain on any lot in any open space zone. (Ord. 2000-9 § 1)
