A. All meetings of the appeal authority shall comply with the requirements of chapter 4, title 52, Utah code, open and public meetings.
B. Decisions of the appeal authority become effective at the meeting in which the decision was made, unless a different time is designated in the authority's rules or at the time the decision is made. (Ord. 2016-7, 2016)
