Any person, firm, or corporation (as principal, agent, employee or otherwise) violating, causing,
or permitting violation of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of an Infraction, and
punishable by a fine not to exceed $299.00 per day. Such person, firm, or corporation
intentionally violating this Ordinance shall be deemed to be guilty of a separate offense for each
day during which any portion of any violation of this Ordinance is permitted or continued by
such person, firm, or corporation, and shall be punishable as herein provided.
