New Harmony zoning code

10-2 Location and Use

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official New Harmony code is at https://newharmonyutah.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/nh-land-use-ordinance-2-3-20.pdf. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with New Harmony planning before you rely on it.
Manufactured/Modular Homes may be placed as permanent residences in zoning districts on residential lots so long as they meet all requirements of this ordinance. A building permit shall be required for permanent placement of a manufactured/modular home. Any manufactured home shall! be allowed on a residential lot provided it meets the following criteria: 1.
