The New Harmony Town Land Use Commission shall act as an advisory board to the New Harmony Town Council. All requests for building permits, zone changes, and other matters relating to the New Harmony Land Use Ordinances or General Plan shall be heard and considered by the Commission. Considerations shall be made according to the Design Review Procedures outlined in Section 8 of this Ordinance.
