The terms of office for the five (5) New Harmony Town Land Use Commission members shall be for three (3) years. The New Harmony Town Land Use Commission members terms shall be staggered so that no two (2) members terms shall expire at the same time. The term of office for the New Harmony Town Council member designated liaison for the New Harmony Town Land Use Commission shall correspond to his tenure of office as the New Harmony Town Council member.
