To assure compliance with provisions of the Land Use Ordinance and to protect the character of residential neighborhoods in the Town of New Harmony, a Home Business must register with the New Harmony Town. Upon acceptance of the application, the business registering agrees to comply with the following conditions. Any Home Business in operation before this Zoning Ordinance was adopted and amended will be grandfathered in but still must register with the town. Registrations will be valid for one year and reviewed yearly thereafter.
