Any Home Business may be fined up to $299.00 a day by the New Harmony Town Council upon violation of any requirements of this Chapter, or upon failure to comply with any of the conditions or limitations of this chapter, unless violations are corrected within ten (10) days of receipt of written notice thereof. Any violation that is not corrected may result in the applicant being required to apply for a conditional use permit.
