The New Harmony Town Land Use Commission shall determine whether the proposed engineered, architectural and site development plans submitted are consistent with this Chapter and with the general objectives of this Ordinance, and shall give or withhold approval accordingly. Denial of approval by the New Harmony Town Land Use Commission may be appealed to the New Harmony Town Council, as provided for in the appeals section of this Ordinance.
