Every parcel of land hereafter used as a
parking lot shall be paved with a surfacing material of oil, asphalt or concrete
composition and shall have appropriate bumper guards where needed as determined by
the building inspector. Any lights used to illuminate the lot shall be so arranged as to
reflect the light away from adjoining premises in any residential zone.
