Table 11-6-3 of this
chapter lists the primary uses permitted within all Newton Town zoning districts. All of
the use categories listed in the table are defined in chapter 11-02 of this title.
A. Uses Permitted By Right:
1. A "P" indicates that a use type is allowed in the respective zoning district.
B. Conditional Uses:
1. A "C" indicates that a use type is allowed only if reviewed and approved as a
conditional use, in accordance with the conditional use review procedures of
chapter 11-4 of this title.
C. Uses Not Allowed:
1. A "X" indicates that a use type is not allowed in the respective zoning district,
unless it is otherwise expressly allowed by other regulations of the zoning
ordinance.
2. Any uses not specifically permitted by right, conditionally permitted, or
permitted as a small business are prohibited.
D. Additional Compliance: All uses must comply with all applicable local, state, and
federal requirements and licensing and must provide evidence or documentation
compliance to the appropriate land use authority.
