The term "school" means a public elementary or secondary school, charter, seminary, parochial school, or private educational institution having a curriculum similar to that ordinarily given in grades one through 12 in the public school system. The term "education institution" for the purpose of this title does not include post high school educational facilities.
Screen. The term "screen" means a wall, partition, fence or hedge for separation of one land use from another.
Screening. The term "screening" means the method by which a view of one site from another adjacent site is shielded, concealed or hidden. Screening techniques include fences,
walls, hedges, berms, or other features. The term "screening" shall not include unusual features such as cars, machine parts, junk or other items not generally suited for landscaping or fencing materials.
